Our principle

Taska is committed to building a safe, transparent and trusted marketplace. Users must act responsibly, provide accurate information, respect other community members and comply with applicable laws and Taska policies.

Taska is committed to a marketplace that is safe, respectful, fair, transparent and reliable.

Prohibited behaviour

Use Report user or content anywhere on Taska. Reports are reviewed by people; sensitive details are seen only by authorised staff.

  • Violence, threats or intimidation
  • Harassment, bullying or stalking
  • Discrimination or hate speech
  • Fraud, theft or scams
  • Illegal tasks or activities
  • Trolling and deliberate misinformation
  • Buying, faking or manipulating reviews and ratings
  • Sharing another person's private information

Private information protection

Before a task is accepted, public areas block the sharing of phone numbers, email addresses, private addresses, personal websites and social-media contact links. Taska's Contact Detector checks task descriptions, offers, negotiations, messages and reviews on our servers. For your safety, please keep communication and payments within Taska.

Keep tasks on Taska

Keep communication, payments and agreements inside Taska. Tasks taken outside the platform lose access to Taska payment protection, dispute support and Protection & Safety review. Repeated attempts to move transactions off-platform are enforced against.

Cooperate with Taska Support

When Taska Support reasonably asks for information about a task, payment, report or verification, members must cooperate. Failure to cooperate may result in temporary restrictions, suspension or removal.

Enforcement

Every enforcement decision is made by an authorised person, recorded with a reason, and shown to you in Account status together with any duration. You can submit an appeal from the same page.

  • Educational warning
  • Content removal
  • Feature restriction (for example posting or messaging)
  • Temporary suspension — 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days or 30 days depending on seriousness
  • Permanent account termination for serious or repeated breaches
